1. Equipment Operator

Operate and maintain paving, excavation, and hauling machinery safely and efficiently. Experience with heavy machinery preferred.

2. Truck Driver / Hauling Specialist

Transport materials to job sites across the Permian Basin. Must have a valid CDL and a clean driving record.

3. Laborer / Construction Assistant

Assist with site preparation, materials handling, and general construction support. Strong work ethic and reliability required.

4. Concrete Finisher

Pour, smooth, and finish concrete for curbs, gutters, and paving projects with precision and quality.

5. Project Coordinator / Office Support

Support project scheduling, materials ordering, and contractor communications. Organizational skills and attention to detail required.

6. Field Engineer
